            Description

            From Liana:

            Tutorial test Result from Regression Icefaces 3 run on the weekend:
            dateTimeEntry-locale (IE, Chrome, FF) - see attached screen.
            The locale characters are not rendered due to a JS error when loading the tutorial main page in all browsers. Uncaught ReferenceError: ice is not defined.

              Nothing to do with date time entry component or tutorial. The framework has changed resource loading order yet again. See screenshot.

              Moved JS from <head> to <body>. Tested: IE 9, Chrome 27, Firefox 20. Uploaded to Wiki.
