ace:contextMenu > Component renders inline when using style attribute

            Description

            When using style attribute the contextMenu is rendered inline on initial page load. When generating the contextMenu by right clicking after this it renders correctly. This doesn't occur when using the same styling with the styleClass attribute.

            To reproduce:
            1) Build / deploy test app located at: http://server.ice:8888/svn/repo/qa/trunk/Regression-Icefaces2/Sparkle/Nightly/contextMenu
            2) Navigate to 'ContextMenu Attribute Test'
            The inline contextMenu can be seen on the page. Right-clicking on the style text to re-render it fixes the issue.
