            Description

            To reproduce:
            1) Build / deploy test app located at: http://server.ice:8888/svn/repo/qa/trunk/Regression-Icefaces2/Sparkle/Nightly/dataTable
            2) Navigate to 'Config Panel Test'

            First JS error is seen:
            this.$table.offset() is undefined
            http://localhost:8080/dataTable/javax.faces.resource/util/ace-datatable.js.jsf?ln=icefaces.ace&v=3_3_0_130412
            Line 3

            3) Open table config panel
            Second JS error is seen:
            a is undefined
            http://localhost:8080/dataTable/javax.faces.resource/util/ace-datatable.js.jsf?ln=icefaces.ace&v=3_3_0_130412
            Line 3

            This issue can not be reproduced in Showcase sample.

              ICE-9198 - Added delay to tableConfigPanel initialization to prevent initalizing before the table. This could still be subject to error and should be converted to lazy initialization eventually.
