Showcase: Resource loading problems when org.icefaces.coalesceResources=true

            Description

            To reproduce:
            1) Build / deploy showcase (make sure org.icefaces.coalesceResources=true in web.xml) and load in IE9 or IE10
            2) Load a demo page and then clear the cache
            3) Hit enter on the URL to reload the app after the cache is cleared

            The following JS error will appear numerous times:
            Message: 'ice' is undefined
            Line: 20
            Char: 1
            Code: 0
            URI: http://localhost:8081/showcase/showcase.jsf

            Also, the page will not load properly (see screenshot).

            Issue can not be reproduced with org.icefaces.coalesceResources=false
