REGRESSION: ace:dataTable - Dynamically toggling columns causes a duplicate id exception (MyFaces Specific)

            Description

            Dynamically removing columns and then re-adding them causes a Server Internal Error popup and an exception (myfaces specific issue):
            java.lang.IllegalStateException: component with duplicate id "testTable:j_id_b_1" found
                    at org.apache.myfaces.view.facelets.compiler.CheckDuplicateIdFaceletUtils.checkIdsStatefulComponents(CheckDuplicateIdFaceletUtils.java:54)
            ...

            To reproduce:
            1) Build / deploy test app located at: http://server.ice:8888/svn/repo/qa/trunk/Regression-Icefaces2/Sparkle/Nightly/dataTable
            2) Navigate to Dynamic Column test
            3) Remove ALL the columns
            4) Add a couple columns (exception is seen)
