Upgrade to latest version of LiferayFaces Bridge

      Description

      In order to remain compatible with the latest versions of Mojarra, the LiferayFaces Bridge needs to be updated. At this point the 3.1.2-ga3 release is required. For the time being, this means shipping a snapshot version of the bridge.

        After updating the libs in our repository, I also updated the version in our top-level parent pom to reflect the use of the snapshot as well as adding the required repository entry. It also required a tweak to the web.xml files for the two portlet examples to fix a listener issue that exists between the latest version of the LiferayFaces Bridge and the latest version of Mojarra as per http://issues.liferay.com/browse/FACES-1511.
