Committed improvement at revision 34406. The 'header' and 'footer' facets are now supported and allow nesting arbitrary components in these sections. However, this feature still needs testing and possible tweaks if it's to be fully supported.

Testing notes: It will be necessary to test how each ACE component looks and behaves inside these facets. It's not necessary to create a separate test page to for each component, we can group a number of components per test page. Please report any issues with how different components work inside these sections.
