ace:list + ace:ajax event=select - shift key selection selects all list items from the beginning of the list

            Description

            Reproducible in showcase selection examples where ace:ajax selection is used.

            This is due to the rebuilding of the component instance without the old instance communicating to the new instance what the previously selected index was.

              Verified with icefaces3/trunk rev# 35543 in IE7/8/9, Firefox21, Chrome27. No issues have been found with regards to selection.

              In IE7 only, when selecting single list items on Selection (Ajax) demo, some of the items (Mid-Size, Luxury, Pickup, Van, Bus) don't render entirely on the right side of the list.
