Enhance ClientEvent annotation TLD with execution scope

            Description

            The ClientEvent annotation used to define our ace:ajax events in our component meta classes should parse the default execution and render scope from the annotation and append a sentence to the TLD reading similar to:
            "The default execution scope of this event is '@this' and the default render scope is '@form'."

            At the moment the only way for a user to determine the default execution scope of an event is to read the component meta class or inspect network traffic.
