ace:menuItem - mouse pointer changes to I-bar (text edit) when hovered over label on IE 7/8

            Description

            In IE 7/8, i notice that when i bring my mouse pointer on the menu item the mouse pointer changes to hand pointer which is as expected, but when i bring the mouse pointer exactly over the text insite menu item, the mouse pointer change to textselect pointer type. This textselect pointer is creating a confusion to the users.

            Where as when i check this in firefox the mouse pointer does not change to textselect pointer even after bringing it over the text.

            The mouse pointer should always be hand and not the I-bar when hovering over an ace:menuItem.
