            Description

            If the ace:tableConfigPanel is set to render scrollbars through custom CSS. Clicking and dragging on these scrollbars causes the panel to be dragged instead of moving the scrollbar.

                Attached test case that shows issue.

                Steps:

                • Load welcomeICEfaces.jsf
                • Open the table config panel via the button in the last column.
                • Click on the scrollbar to try and scroll the panel.
