ace:list dragging placeholder should be sized from drag source

            Description

            When dragging an ace:list item, it has a placeholder that is "held" by the user rather than moving the original item. We should add optional functionality to size the placeholder to the same size as the drag origin element; currently, the placeholder is a fixed, app-configurable size.
