Description
App developers have expressed interest in a component that would monitor inactivity from the user, and then execute javascript, which could show or hide user interface elements to prompt the user.

One can imagine showing tooltip components, or highlighting the first input component that the user should fill in.
Possibly an option should exist to not summon this if the browser tab isn't showing or the window is minimised, if such things can be determined.
Or another option to only summon this on the first timeout and not subsequently. There could be different events for firstInactivity, subsequentInactivity, inactivity.
One can imagine apps using this to keep the session alive while the page is still showing in the browser.
