ace:dataTable height increasing from row selection hover on IE9

            Description

            The ace:dataTable when in scrollable mode, and using row hover styles for selection, is increasing in height from every row hover style change. This doesn't effect any other browsers.

              No clear reason that this functionality might happen.

              This is an error that is easy to reproduce, has been present for weeks, and has not been caught by any testing.

              This is an existing IE9 bug that can be worked around by removing the horizontal scrollbar.
              In the currently example this horizontal scrollbar is unnecessary and should not be rendered to begin with.

              ICE-8707 - Worked around IE9 hover bug. Made improvements to scrollable sizing in IE9 and IE8. Removed unnecessary horizontal scrollbar and ensure that right border of rightmost header and footer columns can be seen.
