add 'style' and 'styleClass' attributes to ace:tooltip

      Description

      The ace:tooltip component doesn't currently have the 'style' and 'styleClass' attributes that most components have. These should be added to ace:tooltip as well.

        Committed improvement at revision 34292.

        The custom styleClasses will appear at the end of the classes list, so to allow overriding styles. Since qtip dynamically adds some styling settings directly to the 'style' attribute, the contents of the component's 'style' attribute will appear before the styling added by qtip.
