Description
When the ice:inputRichText component is used in the same JSF view as ace:fileEntry, the value of the ice:inputRichText is sent via Ajax postback correctly the first time. But if ace:fileEntry rejects the uploaded file (for example, due to the file > maxFileSize), then subsequent Ajax postbacks do not contain the correct value.

Attached is a webapp project (not a portlet) that demonstrates the problem.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy the WAR to the tomcat/webapps folder
2. Visit the following URL: http://localhost:8080/ice-8474-test-1.0.0/views/test.xhtml
3. Enter "try1" in the rich text area, and select a file less than 1MB with the ace:fileEntry
4. Click on the "Add Attachment" button
5. Verify that you see a good message in the browser, indicating that the file upload was successful
6. Verify in the Tomcat log that you see the following:
ModelBean.setComments(String) comments=[<p>try1</p>]
7. Enter "try2" in the rich text area
8. Select a file that is greater than 1MB with the ace:fileEntry
9. Click on the "Add Attachment" button
10. Verify that you see a bad error message in the browser, indicating that the file was too big
11. Enter "try3" in the rich text area
12. Select a file that is less than 1MB with the ace:fileEntry
13. Click on the "Add Attachment" button
If the bug still exists, then you should NOT see the following output in the Tomcat log:
ModelBean.setComments(String) comments=[<p>try3</p>]
Instead you will see the wrong value. Either an older one, or blank.
