NPE in DataTableRenderer

            Description

            NPE in org.icefaces.ace.component.datatable.DataTableRenderer.decodeSingleSelection(DataTable, String, String) Line 291 when the request parameter map does not have the ..._deselection property. This happens sometimes in complex use cases on tab switch and is hard to reproduce in a stable way.
            A check for null in our DataTableRenderer class is required in order to account for this situation.
