ace:list/listControl - JavaScript error thrown when dragging and dropping items in IE

            Description

            When dragging and dropping the items in an ace:list a JavaScript error "Not implemented' is thrown. This does not prevent the item from displaying on the other list.

            On a side note, when moving the items from the left list to the right, the dragged item goes behind the items and drop region in the right list.
