Concurrent DOM views not working properly

            Description

            In working to fix a sychronization issue within our two framework servlets (bug
            794) I did some testing with two different browsers to ensure the new
            synchronization worked properly. However, in testing with concurrentDOMviews
            (two windows from the same browser), the same test failed miserably. DOM
            updates from one view would get updated in the other.
