ace:column - Implement the sortable attribute

            Description

            With the last ICEfaces 3.1.0 BETA1 release a new attribute was added to the TLD for the ace:column. At the moment setting this attribute had no effect. It is possible to dynamically disable sorting via some el expressions on the sortBy attribute but this still causes the sorting buttons to render for the column.

              I think it be removed as the logic it represents is easily expressed by the app in the value binding it gives for sort by.
