special characters displayed incorrectly in ice:commandSortHeader

            Description

            This issue has been addressed in 2.x: ICE-6544 and look similar to IPCK-402

            To reproduce:
            Deploy the component showcase that comes with P04. Go to Custom Components -> Table -> Sortable Header. Change your language to German, then sort on a column with an umlaut in it. The column header text is fine when it's not the sorted column, but broken when it is the sorted column. (screenshot attached)
            It appear to be a regression as the P03 component showcase behaves properly.

                To reproduce:

Change your language to German, then sort on a column with an umlaut in it. The column header text is fine when it's not the sorted column, but broken when it is the sorted column.                 It appear to be a regression as the P03 component showcase behaves properly.
