update sample poms to reflect new maven groupId for icepush artifacts

            Description

            compat/auctionMonitor, core/auction, core/chat and core/chat-portlet, still reflect old groupId of org.icepush for the icepush jar. THe samples will not build unless we publish icepush to both locations/groupId.
            Once they are modified to new <groupId>org.icefaces</groupId>
            they will no longer have to be also published to <groupId>org.icepush</groupId>
