Wait/Hourglass cursor no longer displays after forward navigation

            Use a redirect navigation

            Description

            After a forward navigation occurs the wait/hourglass cursor no longer displays for a delayed processing. Before the forward the icon is displayed correctly.

Also changed OutputConnectionStatus initialization so that it always is executed after the default indicators were setup (without relying on window.onload event).

              The applied fix makes sure that OutputConnectionStatus indicators are reset during a body level update when the IDs of the indicators have changed. Also, changed OutputConnectionStatus initialization so that it is always executed after the default indicators were created (without relying on window.onload event).
