              changed the panelGrid in outputProgress.jspx so that it no longer uses the non-existent 'rows' attribute. rev# 13631

              p.s. checked 1.5.3 build, it uses the rows attribute as well...

              Can you take a look at this. Should be a pretty quick changes. You can double check the attributes in question against the 1.5.3 TLD.
