ace:dataTable - columns misaligned when using scolling and there isn't enough rows to fill the height

            Description

            When there aren't enough rows to go past the height in the scrollable dataTable, the column width calculations still get applied which causes the columns to be miss aligned.

            There is padding added to the last header column to accommodate the scroll bar but the scrollbar isn't rendered in the body content section.
