Description
On the 'Language' page, the ice:inputRichText component fails to render on page when selecting language="English (United Kingdom)".
Also:
In FF9: an error occurs (1.png attached) .
In IE7 & IE8 a JS error occurs (screenshot 2.png attached for IE7):
