ace:menuitem and ace:menubar component tag-names should be camel-cased for consistency

            Description

            The following ace components must be "renamed" to adopt our standard camel-cased tag naming convention:

            - ace:menu item (should be ace:menuItem)
            - ace:menubar (should be ace:menuBar).
