Can't focus into ice:panelTooltip

            Its possible that the new ace:tooltip component would work better for this.

            Description

            When using the compat ice:panelTooltip component in ICEfaces 2.1.0 Beta2, its not possible to select, focus into, hover over the rendered tooltip. As soon as the mouse is moved the tooltip disappears. This was not an issue with the ICEfaces EE 2.0 release.
