            Description

            There's still annotations and code in tabSet referring to the old "transition" animation feature, which is now gone and replaced with showEffect and showEffectLength. Remove it all.

              Removed all the old lingering transition references, as well as some other lingering commented out code from when we did pre-styling. And reformatted the Meta to improve the readability of the tlddoc.
