ensure ace/comp-suite application is not dependent on jee6 el jar so can be deployed to tomcat6

            Description

            Current incarnation of ace/comp-suite application is dependent on el-2.2.1 jar (found only on ee6 application servers like tomcat7), which means the source-code loader, accordion panel -> pane change example will not work when this application is deployed to tomcat6.
