dataExporter - page only export issue

            Description

            When pageOnly attribute is enabled, and the dataTable is displaying the last data table page having a number of rows smaller than the total number of rows to be rendered on a page, the exported data contains empty rows, if the export file type is 'cvs', 'pdf, or 'xml'. A sample is attached to this JIRA.

            To reproduce the issue:
            - check out the test case: http://server.ice:8888/svn/repo/qa/trunk/Regression-Icefaces2/Sparkle/dataExporter
            - build and deploy the war file.
            - load the page: http://localhost:8080/dataExporter/dataExporterAttribute.jsf
            - check the 'Export page only' check box.
            - display the last page (3) of the data table.
            - select Export File Type any of the options 'csv', 'pdf', or 'xml'.
            - click 'Export File'.
