            Description

            The data table uses custom updates to render and update the single row used for the panel contents in panel expansion. During this render, if ice components are panel contents "java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: ICEfaces rendering required." is thrown.

                The solution is to port the compat components to the standard JSF ResponseWriter API.
