Fixed at revision 25832.
Added support to read columnGroup and row components for the purpose of displaying headers. All cloumnGroup rows are displayed as headers. If a column has colspan > 1, it is repeated that number of columns when exporting, except in XML format, where only the last row is used to name the tags.
