Re-implement ace:sliderEntry using jQuery slider control

            Description

            For ICEfaces 2.1, we want to re-implement the ace:sliderEntry component to use the jQuery slider control instead of the current YUI 3 -based slider. The reasons for this are to remove the dependency on YUI 3, which conflicts with Liferay 6, and since we're reimplementing the component anyway, to adopt a somewhat more capable jQuery control.

                Need to update JIRA to note all API/behaviour differences between this version of the component and the original IF 2.0.2 one for documentation purposes.
