ice:inputRichText value is not updated in ui when modified on the sever side

            Description

            This may be a possible regression from P02 or due to the upgrade to CKEditor.

            If the object associated with the value attribute of the ice:inputRichText is modified by another componnt the value is not shown/updated in the component.

            Example scenario, an panelPopup can be opened to add text to the inputRichText field. When the value is entered into the input fields in the popup and the popup is closed the value is not updated in the rich text component. The same behavior is not seen with the regular inputText component and is not see in the P02 release.

            Using a component binding and setting the submitted value on the binding also doesn't work.
