MyFaces 2 and Push conflict - interferes with interaction in the Auction examples when run with MyFaces

            Description

            If I run Auction or AuctionMonitor with Myfaces and Push enabled, interacting with the application is unreliable. Sometimes clicking works to open and close items details, bid, close the bid box, etc. but many times it does not.

            With Push disabled almost everything works as expected (other than things that rely on Push like clock ticks and bids being pushed to other users). The only thing that doesn't appear to work when Push is disabled is the chat in AuctionMonitor - chat messages never seem to get displayed.
