inputRichText saveOnSubmit=true takes two clicks to save value

            Description

            The saveOnSubmit attribute for the inputRichText component should submit the entered text when a submit is fired on the page. In testing with the P03 release this does not work reliably. It takes two clicks of a commandButton to display the changed text in the input field to the UI.

            Clicking on the Save button in the inputRichText toolbar works better but the point of the saveOnSubmit=true attribute is to be able to save the text on any submit on the form.

            This may be due to the upgrade to the latest CKEditor code done for the P03 release.
