Navigation in portlet with immediate true strange behaviour

    Details

    • Environment:
Icefaces 2.0, Liferay 6.0.6 (Liferay 5.2.3) bundled with Tomcat

      Description

Problem with navigation in portlet from command control with immediate attribute set to true.

      Test case:

      1. deploy Icefaces2ImmediateTest.war to Liferay 6.0 (Liferay 5.2)
      2. add portlet Samples/Icefaces2ImmediateTest to portal page

      3. use command buttons in portlet to navigate from firstPage to secondPage and vice versa
      - if non-immediate command buttons are used (ice-nonimmediate), everything work's fine (only view scoped bean is recreated)
      - if immediate command buttons are used (ice-immediate or h-immediate) :
-- view scoped and window scoped beans are recreated multiple times (althought correct window scoped bean is returned in expressions(the first one)) (check backing beans log messages in console/logs)
-- view scoped beans are created for firstPage even when secondPage is showed in portlet
-- it seems that whole portal page is being refreshed/reloaded (other portlets rerendered)

tested with libraries from r24450 (present in Icefaces2ImmediateTest.war) and with libraries from icefaces2/trunk r24919 (28.06.2011)
