Description
Currently the User Session Expired dialog can have different text but it doesn't have the capability to have different style. It would be useful if a style class was defined for the dialog and also the components defined in the dialog such as the Reload button.

In ICEfaces 2 we now have all the callbacks required for implementing custom status indicators. The default popups can be disabled using 'disableDefaultErrorPopups' parameter or JS configuration, see http://wiki.icefaces.org/display/ICE/JavaScript+Client+API > Configuration API.
