Regression: ICE-2761 selectInputText has styling problem when overlapping richText component

            Description


            1. Load test application
            2. Type some text into selectInputText component
            3. Wait for drop-down list to appear
            Notice the styling of the drop down list that overlaps the richText component.

            The problem is not seen with Menu bar on the same page.
            Note: The problem only occurs on FF3.6 & Chrome11. Works fine on IE8 browser.
