Description
When working on ICE-5865, I tried to apply this improvement to <ice:panelPositioned> as well. However, it turns out not to be as simple as one might have expected because of the following reasons:
* <ice:panelPositioned> makes use of the 'Sortable' object in Scriptaculous, and not (directly) the Draggable object.
* Trying to make <ice:panelGroup>'s inside <ice:panelPositioned> draggable messes things up as they are already made draggable by the Sortable object. This breaks the normal <ice:panelPositioned> functionality.
* From the documentation page ( http://madrobby.github.com/scriptaculous/sortable-create/ ), it's not clear whether this feature is fully supported or not. I tried to activate this feature but it didn't seem to work.
Supporting autoscrolling in <ice:panelPositioned> would require further investigation.
