            Description

            Children of MenuItems could be any MenuItemBase, but they are assumed to be always MenuItem in com.icesoft.faces.component.menubar.MenuItems#processDecodes. Also inconsistent with com.icesoft.faces.component.menubar.MenuItems#setParentsRecursive, where children are treated as any MenuItemBase.
