Special Characters not not displayed correctly in ice:outputFormat or in sorted ice:commandSortHeader

            Description

            ice:outputFormat renders special characters like German Umlaute not correcly, e.g. an 'ü' is rendered as 'ü'


            the same thing happens for ice:outputText in ice:commandSortHeader, but only when the column is the active sorted column


            Both worked in 2.0-Beta2!
