From Mandeep:
ICE-4011 was originally reported failing (on revision# 23033) because of a null pointer exception when month selection was changed.
That bug was fixed butICE-4011 kept failing due to (side effect of that fix, I think).
Description of current problem:
open the popup calendar
change the selected month
change the selected yr
notice there is no date selected
now try changing the time
the application does not let the user change time unless a date is selected.
