dateTimeEntry Component not Working with icecore:singleSubmit

            Description

            Added the ice:dateTimeEntry component to the Training application. It is located in an h:form with a nested icecore:singleSubmit tag. After selecting a date, the UI freezes, submits cannot be made, no validation on fields takes place.

            In Firefox, the hourglass shows up and doesn't go away. Nothing shows up in the Firebug console.

            Removing the icecore:singleSubmit tag results in the ability to select a date.
