upgrade all design time renderers (compat) to use converterOperation

            Description

            our design time renderers were written basically for eclipse 3.3/3.4. we defined our tagCreationFactory, which creates all converters by the name of tags. This solution has been deprecated since 3.5.. tagcreationFactory extension point has also been deprecated. New way is to defined converterOperation instead of converter directly.

            DT renderers for new sparkle components use converterOperation. To make compat components the same as sparkle component. We need to upgrade.

            Basically I need to generate a metadata xml file to define component and its converterOperation. An manually modify existing converter classes to follow converterOperation, which implements abstractConverterOperation
