Regression Icefaes2 - ICE-2193 Cannot open collapsible panel on IE browser

            Description

            Icefaces2 revision# 22029

            1)load the application in IE browser, and click on collapsible Panel Divider header
            2) Notice Collapsible Panel does not open

            Testcase available at "C:\repo\qa\trunk\Regression-Icefaces2\Nightly\ICE-2193"

              Re-assigning to Mircea. I believe this is the same issue as http://jira.icefaces.org/browse/ICE-5947 so will hopefully get cleared up when that one is fixed.

              Added 'id' attribute to the element driving the collapsing/expanding of the panel. The JSF bridge code fails in IE when the submitting element does not have the 'id' attribute set.
              The history of PanelCollapsibleRenderer shows that the 'id' attribute was rendered but during the last commits the line of code was lost somehow.

              Tested successfully on Icefaces2 revision# 22099
              Passed in nightly regression test.
