      Description

      The states of child components are not saved properly in tabset. States seem to revert to original values after submits. Split from ICE-5316. See it for more details.

        As Yip suggested, used ICE-3108 (calendar within panelTabSet) to verify on Glimmer revision 21735. The popup calendars included in the test are all working properly on Tomcat 6.0.26 + FF3.6 and IE8.
