            Description

            Replace the use of ViewHandler decoration with SystemEvent listener. This should give more control over where the scripts are inserted, simplify code and make state saving problems obsolete.

              Moved the functionality all of BridgeSetup view handler functionality in phase listener. The code formerly executed on BridgeSetup.createView is now executed on before restore view phase while the code formerly executed on BridgeSetup.renderView is now executed on before render phase.

              In 'compat' changed ExtrasSetup view handler to a phase listener as well.
