selectInputDate popup not working properly with ICEfaces 2.0-compat

            Description

            When placing more than one popup on selectInputDate on same view page, the popup will not work properly. Also a problem if a single popup is on the page. If two of these components are on the page, and one is popup and the other isn't (as in case of component-showcase), then it does work.
